About Pol

Pol Gallagher’s drawings are best described as a meticulous, poetic intersection of architectural precision and playful abstraction. Heavily influenced by his background in architecture, Gallagher transforms everyday rural scenes into meditative, highly detailed compositions of line, geometry, and pattern.

Pol was trained at the Glasgow School of Art and Sheffield University. Pol now runs www.zaparchitecture.com and heads the interior architecture course at University of East London.
